FVP Ticket Policies

• All ticket purchases will be made in the name of one person and must be paid for at the time of purchase.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be allowed.
• Tickets must be secured by payment of cash, check or credit card.
• Tickets paid for with a credit card over the phone will be mailed and handling/mailing fee will be charged.
• Tickets will not be mailed the week of the performance but can be picked up at the box office until the day before performance. If not picked up, tickets can be picked up in the lobby.
• On the day of the performance, tickets will be on sale one hour before time of performance in the lobby of the theater.
• Advertisers who pay for an ad in our program will have their name entered in a drawing. One advertiser name will be drawn and the winner will be notified that they will receive a free ad for the next season. The free ad will be the same size as the one they purchased or they can pay the difference for a larger ad.
